Gardener’s Waffles / Pancakes
Ingredients:
8 pieces of regular pancake/waffles
300 g cream cheese / mascarpone cheese
30g passionfruit paste / nut paste
2 stems of fresh mint (optional)
Step:
Mix fruit paste / nut paste with the cheese gently until its incorporated.
Place a dollop of cheese on each waffle or pancake. Garnish with a few leaves of mint and serve
Alternatively, mix the fruit paste into pancake /waffle batter for a passionfruit flavored pancake/ waffle !
Fruity or Nutty Tartlets
Ingredients:
6 Ready to use tartlet cases,
250ml Whipping cream,
25g Fruit Paste / Nut Paste
Fresh fruit slices / Chopped Nuts and chocolate chips
Step:
Use a mixer to whip up the cream and fruit paste / nut paste together until stiff peak.
Pipe the whipped cream into the tartlet cases with desired amount. Top up either fresh fruit slices or chopped nuts and chocolate for garnish. Enjoy!
Mini Apple Strudels
Ingredients:
6 Ready to use tartlet cases
250ml Instant Custard
100g Signor Strudel
10g Lemon juice
Fresh apple slices
Step:
Use a mixer to whip up the instant custard powder with milk or water in order to get a firm consistency. Pipe the custard cream into the tartlet cases until half full. Top up with signor strudel paste evenly among all tartlet cases. Coat apple slices with lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Garnish with fresh apple slices. Enjoy!
Signor Strudel paste can also be used as bread / pie / donut / bagel / cake fillings or even ice cream toppings ! Your imagination is limitless !
Passionfruit Tea
Ingredients:
20g (2 Tbsp) Passionfruit Paste
350ml Hot Water
1pcs English Tea Bag
Step:
Put Teabag in the hot water and soak it for 3-5 mins. Remove tea bag.
Add passionfruit paste into the tea. Stir well before serving.
Fruity Punch
Ingredients:
20g Fruit Paste
500ml Sparkling Water / Soda Water / Tonic Water
5g Lemon Juice
3 Slices Fresh Lemon , to taste
Ice Cubes, to taste
Step:
Put fruit paste and lemon juice into the cup. Put ice cubes into the cup. Fill the cup with sparkling water/ soda water/ tonic water. Garnish with lemon slices.
The water can be substituted by milk or soy milk in order to make fruit flavored milk shake, vegan milk shake or smoothies with a blender.
