SPIC has more than 80 years of experience in the manufacturing of seasonings. Various species of spices are grown in her own plantation and it is self-sufficient. The spices are natural and free from impurities.

Turmeric is a natural nutrient. The following methods can increase the absorption ratio, while counteracting its bitter taste.

Method:

1. Add to meal, such as cooking rice, fried fish or cooking meat, adding a small amount of oil or black pepper can greatly improve the curcumin absorption rate.

2. Boil turmeric milk (golden milk), put the milk or soy milk in a small pot or cup, add the appropriate amount of turmeric powder and black pepper, reheat until slightly boiled. The bitter taste of curcumin will be removed under heat.
