Curry Laksa and Asam Laksa are Penang famous Laksa. Unlike Curry Laksa which is coconut milk curry soup usually served with vermicelli and noodle, Asam Laksa is a fish and tamarind-based soup, sour and spicy.

The Noodles is easy to absorb the Asam soup with a nice texture.


Directions

1 Boil 380ml water then add in noodles and cook for 3 minutes.

2 Add in Nyor Nyar Paste and stir to mix.

3 Delicious meal is ready to serve.
