👨🏻‍🍳 Recommended Cooking Methods 👨🏻‍🍳
✅ Charcoal / wire mesh grilling: Quickly sear both sides over medium-high heat, about 20–40 seconds per side (depending on thickness), remove once the surface is lightly charred. Simply sprinkle sea salt or dip in sauce.
✅ Shabu-shabu / Sukiyaki: In lightly simmering broth, swish for about 20 seconds then remove; dip in raw egg yolk or sauce – it melts instantly in the mouth with an explosion of sweetness.
