👨🏻‍🍳 Recommended Cooking Methods 👨🏻‍🍳
✅ Pan-searing: Bring to room temperature, season simply with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, heat pan with a little oil, medium-high heat, sear each side for 2–4 minutes (depending on thickness) until surface is golden and charred
✅ Charcoal grilling: Quickly sear both sides over medium-high heat to lock in juices, then move to medium-low heat zone to slow-grill to desired doneness, adding smoky aroma
✅ Sous vide + searing: Cook at low temperature 55–58°C for 1–2 hours to ensure even tenderness throughout, then finish with high-heat searing to add crisp edges and aroma
