✅ Steamed minced fish patty: Thaw the mince, mix with ginger shreds, spring onion, a little salt, pepper, egg liquid, and a small amount of cornstarch; steam for 8–12 minutes until fully cooked; drizzle with hot oil or soy sauce – super tender, juicy, and perfect with rice
✅ Fried rice/fried pasta: Heat pan with minimal oil, sauté garlic/ onion until fragrant, add mince and stir-fry quickly to release aroma; add rice/pasta, vegetables, and egg; stir-fry quickly until even
